Most of our posts here deal primarily with how you, our readers, can grow as healthy Christian leaders in your own contexts. We’ll dip into the details of who we are here and there with stories from the frontline majority world. But mostly, being healthy leaders and building healthy leaders is what our work is all about.
Our goal at LeaderSource has always been to equip churches and Christian ministries to build healthy leaders and churches, to transform their nations for Christ. We do this in a large variety of ways, always with Christ at the center, always with a focus on local leadership and actual life transformation.
Here at Healthy Leaders we’re keeping the focus on the ideas, models, and resources we use regularly, the things we believe will aid you personally in your journey as a leader. We’re excited about all the new ways we are planning to continue doing this, making it more useful for you in the coming years!

This update will cover the work that we do throughout the world at scale and depth, outline emerging movements and new opportunities on the horizon, and highlight new resources we’re creating.
But we’re most excited about the opportunity we’ll get to hear from our regional and national leaders, the men and women of God who are in the trenches. They’re going to share about what God is doing in their regions and nations. You don’t want to miss hearing from them firsthand!
