A Word from Malcolm
“Jesus sent His Spirit to live in us and to reveal Himself to us. A few men knowing God personally in the Old Testament was amazing. Many people knowing Jesus personally in the Gospels was incredible. But now by His Spirit, Jesus is in us! We are united with Him. We are welcomed into the deepest possible union with Him. He is our Friend!” (from Who Jesus Christ Is: Transformational Theology 4)
A Church Culture Transformed
Recently our team in East Asia was able to check in with a church that we have invested in long-term. What we found there moved us deeply! Without prompting, eight of the church’s core co-workers eagerly shared how LeaderSource’s training and long-term investment had brought transformation not just to individuals, but to the entire culture of the church.
What emerged was a vibrant testimony of life change: in mindset, leadership, relationships, and spiritual vitality.
The church once operated around rigid programs and meetings, events that many people were reluctant to attend. But now, gatherings are vibrant and full of life, and people are eager to come. Co-workers who used to avoid meetings now look forward to them because they center on life transformation, not logistics. “The culture has changed,” one said. “Now everyone is proactively involved.”

A Revolution in Formal Theological Education: “We were disappointed, because there was criticism from the church that our current theological graduates were not serving the ministries of the church. They were critical in their approach toward the local pastors, the Bible, and even to God, because they were always looking to their reason more than to faith. Religiosity was there, but spirituality was lacking.”
Building Indigenous Tribal Leaders in India: Pastor H is a disciple-maker who has identified and built many indigenous tribal leaders across India. For over 15 years now, he and his team have been working to reach an unreached tribal group in India.
A Roadmap for Leader Development: An international university in the American northwest has been using our leader development book series in their curriculum. After studying our models, students were asked what they would do differently in their leadership, and their responses reveal significant paradigm shifts!
A New Exposition of Ephesians!
Paul’s letter to the Ephesians reveals God’s magnificent eternal purpose: to bring all things in heaven and earth under the Headship of Christ. Within this grand vision, the Church has a special calling — to be filled with all the fullness of God and to reveal His wisdom to the heavenly powers.
In this exposition, Malcolm Webber bridges the eternal and the practical, showing how the Church fulfills this calling through unity in the Body of Christ, walking in newness of life, building healthy relationships in the family and workplace, standing firm in spiritual warfare, and growing to full maturity in Christ.
Whether you’re a pastor, teacher, or believer seeking deeper understanding, this commentary will help you to embrace your calling and participate in God’s incredible eternal purpose for His glorious Bride.
The Latest from Malcolm
From the Frontlines
From our regional director for Africa, Delphine Fanfon:
“We often think of poverty as a lack of money. And sure, that’s part of it. But financial poverty is just one form of a much deeper issue.
The real epidemic?
Poverty of personal leadership!
Poverty of discipline!
Poverty of character!
And like most forms of poverty, it doesn’t happen all at once. It creeps in slowly. Quietly. Through small lapses, small compromises, small blind spots that go unchecked.
We love to blame systems, circumstances, or the people around us for our stagnation. But sometimes, the most brutal poverty we face is the one we’ve built for ourselves — one careless decision at a time.
It’s not sexy to talk about this. It doesn’t go viral. But if you’re serious about becoming someone of depth, power, and lasting impact, you need to hear this:
The little things are not little. They’re everything ….”
